In connection with the convocation of the Ordinary General Meeting of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. (hereinafter: the Company) for April 10, 2025, the Management Board of the Company discloses to the public the contents of: 

1. the announcement on convening of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company,
2. draft resolutions of the Ordinary General Meeting with enclosures,
3. Report on the remuneration of the members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. in the financial year 2024.

We also would like to inform that the above documents as well as any documentation which is to be presented to the Ordinary General Meeting, are available on the website of the Company (www.stalexport-autostrady.pl).
