With reference to reports No. 8/2022 of February 28, 2022 and No. 14/2022 of March 25, 2022 the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. with headquarters in Mysłowice (hereinafter: "Stalexport Autostrady S.A.") informs that on April 28, 2022, Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A. based in Mysłowice (hereinafter: "SAM S.A.") obtained the consent of the Minister of Infrastructure for an exemption from toll collection for the Section from May 1, 2022:
1. Vehicles with Ukrainian registration numbers;
2. Vehicles or groups of vehicles reported by Polish non-governmental organizations as providing aid to Ukrainian citizens (based on applications sent to SAM S.A.);
and
3. Vehicles or groups of vehicles reported by foreign organizations and persons as providing aid to Ukrainian citizens (based on applications submitted by the Minister of Infrastructure or based on applications sent to SAM S.A.)
for all vehicle categories.
The aforementioned exemption will be valid until May 31, 2022.
