Report No. 30/2024

With reference to current report no. 28/2024 of 12 November 2024 the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. (“Issuer”) informs that on 15 November 2024 the Supervisory Board of Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A. (a subsidiary company of the Issuer), at the request of the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A., passed a resolution on expressing consent to the order to issue a bank guarantee, referred to in the current report no. 28/2024 of 12 November 2024.
