Report No. 3/2022

The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. with its registered seat in Mysłowice (hereinafter: Company) implementing the duties resulting from § 80.1 of the Decree of the Finance Minister dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by the securities issuers and conditions of regarding as equivalent the information required by law of the country which is not the member state (hereinafter: Decree) discloses the dates of publishing periodic reports in 2022:

1. Separate and consolidated statements FY2021 will be published on 2 March 2022;
2. The consolidated quarterly reports will be published as follows:

• report for 1Q2022 on 9 May 2022,
• report for 3Q2022 on 7 November 2022;

3. Consolidated statement for 1H2022 will be published on 1 August 2022.

Moreover in accordance with  § 79 section 2 of the above mentioned Decree, the Company informs that will not publish consolidated report for 4Q2022 and consolidated report for 2Q2022.

At the same time the Company states that in accordance to § 62 section 1 of the Decree separate quarterly reports will not be published. Consolidated quarterly reports will include abbreviated quarterly consolidated financial statements and quarterly financial information.  

In accordance with § 62 section 3 of the Decree the Company will not publish separate half-year report.
