The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A (“Company”) in accordance with § 5 (4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State, hereby informs that on 20 February 2020 Mr. Flavio Ferrari resigned from the position of a member of the Company's Supervisory Board with effect from 15 March 2020.

Mr. Flavio Ferrari is a Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of the Company's Supervisory Board.
