Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. with its registered office in Mysłowice (hereinafter: the Issuer) informs that on September 10, 2021 it was informed by the Issuer's subsidiary, i.e. Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A. with its registered office in Mysłowice (hereinafter "SAM"),
on the introduction from October 1, 2021 of the following changes in the toll rates on the A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway and preferential toll rates for automatic payments (A4Go, Telepass and videotolling):

1. Reduction of the discount applied to the toll rate for category 2 and 3 vehicles from PLN 15 to
   PLN 13.
2. Elimination of preferential toll rates for vehicles of categories 2, 3, 4 and 5 for travel with the use of the above-mentioned automatic payments.
3. Change in the preferential toll rate for category 1 vehicles (other than motorcycles) for travel with the use of the above-mentioned automatic payments from PLN 8 to PLN 9.

As a result of the above, from October 1, 2021, the toll rates charged by SAM at each of the two toll plazas will be as follows:
