Report No. 7/2023

The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. with its registered seat in Mysłowice (hereinafter: Company) implementing the duties resulting from § 80.1 of the Decree of the Finance Minister dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by the securities issuers and conditions of regarding as equivalent the information required by law of the country which is not the member state informs about the change in the date of publishing the separate annual report for 2022 and the consolidated annual report for 2022, originally set - in accordance with the current report No. 1/2023 of January 24, 2023 - to March 2, 2023.

The Company's separate annual report for 2022 and the Company's annual consolidated report for 2022 will be published by the Company on March 7, 2023.

Other dates of publication of periodic reports of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. in the financial year 2023 will not change.
