The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. with the registered office in Mysłowice (hereinafter: Issuer) informs that on 30 July 2020, Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A. with the registered office in Mysłowice (a 100% subsidiary of the Issuer), acting in accordance with the provisions of the Concession Agreement described below and the regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 29 April 2004 on motorway toll charges, made a request to the General Director for National Roads and Motorways for authorisation of an increase, as of 1 October 2020, of the toll rate for vehicles of category 1 from the amount of PLN 10 to PLN 12 at each toll plaza of the A4 motorway, Katowice-Crakow, i.e. in Mysłowice and Balice.

Toll rates for the passage on the above mentioned motorway section with vehicles of other categories, i.e. categories 2 and 3 (PLN 20 at each toll plaza) and categories 4 and 5 (PLN 35 at each toll plaza) will not change from 1 October this year.

From 1 October 2020 the preferential toll rate for the passage with category 1 vehicles (excluding motorcycles) with the use of automatic payments (A4Go electronic toll collection and videotolling - the toll charged on the basis of the registration plate reading) will also change and it will amount to PLN 8 at each toll plaza (until 30 September 2020 - PLN 7).Preferential toll rates will be maintained for passages with vehicles of other categories, i.e. categories 2 and 3 (PLN 17 at each toll plaza) and categories 4 and 5 (PLN 30 at each toll plaza).

The Concession Agreement referred to above is the agreement dated on 19 September 1997 (originally entered into between the Issuer and the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Economy) for the construction, through adaptation to the requirements of a toll motorway, of the A4 motorway at the section: Katowice (Murckowska junction, km 340.2) - Cracow (Balice junction, km 401.1) of a length of 60.9 km, and for the operation of the motorway at this section, along with amendments made on the basis of subsequent annexes, the rights and obligations under which were transferred in entirety, on 28 July 2004, from the Issuer to Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A., whereof the Issuer informed in current report no. 59 of 29 July 2004.
