Report no. 55/2020

With reference to the current report no. 54/2020 the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. with the registered office in Mysłowice (hereinafter: Issuer) informs that, on 31 July 2020, Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A. (hereinafter SAM S.A., Concessionaire) with the registered office in Mysłowice (a 100% subsidiary of the Issuer), received a reply of the General Director for National Roads and Motorways to the request for authorisation of an increase, as of 1 October 2020, of the toll rate for vehicles of category 1. In the reply to the request of SAM S.A. the General Director for National Roads and Motorways informed that he did not question the Concessionaire's right to increase the toll for using the toll motorway, resulting from the Concession Agreement. At the same time the General Director for National Roads and Motorways asked the Concessionaire to re-verify the legitimacy and purposefulness of changing the toll rate.
