In 2025 Group’s total operating revenue amounted to PLN 640,964 thousand and increased by 9.3% compared to 2024 (PLN 586,278 thousand), mainly due to increase of toll revenue on the toll section of A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway (increase by PLN 55,407 thousand).

In 2025Q1-Q3 the Average Daily Traffic (ADT) on the concession section of the A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway amounted to 50,847 vehicles and was higher by 4.2% than the traffic level recorded in 2024Q1-Q3 (48,802 vehicles). In 2025Q1-Q3 toll revenue amounted to PLN 473,021 thousand and was higher by 9.9% than in 2024Q1-Q3 (PLN 430,553 thousand).

In 2025H1 Group’s total operating revenue amounted to PLN 306,852 thousand and increased by 10.8% compared to 2024H1 (PLN 277,030 thousand), mainly due to increase of toll revenue on the toll section of A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway (increase by PLN 29,603 thousand), more information about which can be found in detailed report here. In 2025H1 Group also achieved slightly higher (increased by PLN 219 thousand) other income .

In 2025H1 the Average Daily Traffic (ADT) on the concession section of the A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway amounted to 48,801 vehicles and was higher by 5.2% than the traffic level recorded in 2024H1 (46,403 vehicles). In 2025H1 toll revenue amounted to PLN 300,731 thousand and was higher by 10.9% than in 2024H1 (PLN 271,128 thousand).

In 2025Q1 Group’s total operating revenue amounted to PLN 141,597 thousand and increased by 10.2% compared to 2024Q1 (PLN 128,538 thousand), mainly due to increase of toll revenue on the toll section of A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway (increase by PLN 13,067 thousand), more information about which can be found in detailed report here. In 2025Q1 toll revenue amounted to PLN 138,653 thousand and was higher by 10.4% than in 2024Q1 (PLN 125,586 thousand).

In 2024 Group’s revenue amounted to PLN 578,915 thousand and increased by 13.8% compared to 2023 (PLN 508,871 thousand), mainly due to increase of revenue from management and operation of motorway (increased by 13.8%), including toll revenue (increased by 13.8%) on the toll section of A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway.

In 2024 the Average Daily Traffic (ADT) on the concession section of the A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway amounted to 48,285 vehicles and was higher by 0.3% than the traffic level recorded in 2023 (48,150 vehicles). In 2024 toll revenue amounted to PLN 573,062 thousand and was higher by 13.8% than in 2023 (PLN 503,459 thousand).
