A significant agreement

The Management Board of Stalexport S.A. informs that it signed as the other party, two agreements dated 4.08.2006, concluded between Stalexport S.A. and Hutmen S.A. with seat in Wrocław, at 241 Grabiszyńskiej Street.
The agreements regard the delivery of coin blankets for the Mint of Ukraine- the final customer.
The agreements will be executed till the end of 2006.

Walcownia Metali "Dziedzice" S.A. the subsidiary company of Hutmen S.A. is the producer of the coins. The total value of the agreements amounts to 5,656 thousand EURO. The estimated value of the agreements in zlotys amounts to 21,870 thousand zloty.
The conditions of the concluded agreements do not stay away, essentially, from the conditions characteristic for this type of agreements.
The criterion of recognising the agreements as the significant ones is the fact that their total value exceeds 10 % of the equity of Stalexport S.A.
