A4 motorway - building contract

The Management Board of Stalexport S.A. informs that on 26.02.2007 it received from the Company Stalexport Autostrada Malopolska S.A.- the concessionaire of the A4 toll motorway section ? an information that on 26.02.2007 a contract for the overhaul of 7 bridges and of
24 km of the motorway surface was signed with Budimex-Dromex S.A.
The value of the contract amounts to net 178,466,850 zloty.
The overhaul work will start in March 2007, the completion of which is scheduled for August 2008.
The limit of the stipulated penalty for delay in execution of the contract amounts to 15% of the contract value.
