Allotment of shares of F series (successive issue)

The allotment of shares of F series with numbers from F 123,602,646 to F 157,762,023

Referring to the current report no 37 dated 27.06.2006 on concluding the investment agreement with Autostrade SpA and the current report no 38 of 27.06.2006 on an increase in stock capital, the Management Board of Stalexport S.A. informs that on 26.06.2006 an Agreement on subscribing the shares of new issue within the private subscription, was signed between STALEXPORT S.A and the company Autostrade S.p.A. with seat in Rome (Italy).

Within the issue of shares of F series with numbers from F 123,602,646 to F 157,762,023, STALEXPORT S.A. issued in total 34.159.378 ordinary bearer shares, with nominal value of 2 zloty per each share. All above shares of F series with numbers F series from F 123,602,646 to F 157,762,023 were subscribed at the issue price equal to 2 zloty per one share and covered by cash.
