Marek Cywiński, 51 years old, has been an authorised clerk since 26th March 2004, the Director of the Strategy Office. He is a graduate of the Silesian Polytechnic in Gliwice (1978) and has a doctor?s degree in Technical Science (obtained in 1986).

He is a member of the: Section of the Theory of Processes of Plastic Working at the Metallurgy Committee of the Polish Science Academy (PAN) in Cracow.
He does not participate in a competitive company in relation to STALEXPORT SA as a partner of a civil company, private company or as a member of the body of the capital company or another competitive legal entity as a member of its body. (§ 37 item 5).
He is not entered into the Register of Bad Debtors conducted on the basis of the act on the Domestic Court Register (KRS) (§ 37 item 6).
Marek Bury, 34 years old, he has been an authorised clerk from 26th March 2004, Director of the Finance Management and Controlling Office. He is a graduate of the Academy of Economy in Katowice, Economy Faculty ? Finance and Banking (1990-1995).
