According to par. 27 point 3 of the Regulations of Stock Exchange, the Management Board of STALEXPORT Joint Stock Company in Katowice makes public the current statement regarding the observance of the "Rules of Best Practices".
The Management Board will submit the above statement to the Supervisory Board for its acceptance, and next to the General Meeting of Shareholders of STALEXPORT S.A.
