The Management Board of Stalexport S.A. informs that the Supervisory Board of the Company according to par. 22a point 3 of the Regulations of Stock Exchange, approved on 06.06.2005 the updated statement regarding the observance of the "Rules of Best Practices" in 2005, submitted by the Management Board "with contents according to the attachment" in particular as far as the best practices of the Supervisory Board are concerned..
The Supervisory Board will submit to the General Meeting of Shareholders of STALEXPORT S.A. the statement regarding the observance of the "Rules of Best Practices" and will recommend their acceptance.
