Biographies of newly appointed members of the SB
Referring to the current report no 61 dated 8.09.2006 comprising an information about EGSM of the Company, including an information on changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board, the Management Board of STALEXPORT S.A. informs that during the first meeting of the Supervisory Board in the changed composition on 15.09.2006 the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman nad Secretary of the Board were appointed.
At present the composition of the Supervisory Board is as follows:

Moreover, fulfilling the information duties of the companies, the company makes public the biographies of newly-appointed members of the Supervisory Board, i.e.:
