Referring to the current report no 20 dated 28.03.2008 after the OGSM of the Company, the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A., fulfilling the information duties of the Companies, publishes the biography of the newly appointed member of the Supervisory Board, i.e. Mr Costantino Ivoi. Costantino Ivoi age 39 - employed in Autostrade per l`Italia S.p.A.
At present supervising the project development in all foreign projects.

Since 2007 responsible for Budget and Control, earlier in years 2006-2007 controlled the Operations. In years 2001-2006 employed in Boston Consulting Group as the Project Leader, responsible for Company Restructuring and the Corporate Strategy. In years 1999-2001 worked in Bain, in Milan, as the Consultant. Earlier in years 1995-1999 in Deloitte Consulting in Milan, as the senior Consultant.

He is the graduate from Politecnico di Torino in Italy. He has got the Master Business Administration degree. Earlier, in 1994 he graduated from Mechanical Engineering Economics, di Torino, in Italy.

Costantino Ivoi does not conduct any competitive activity towards the Company. Does not participate in any competitive enterprise as partner of any company nor is member of managing or supervisory body of any other competitive legal person.
Is not registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors recoded in compliance with the KRS act.
