Change in date of Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

Referring to current report no 16 dated 31.03.2006 in regard to convening OGSM, STALEXPORT S.A. informs that on 16th May 2006, the Management Board of the Company passed the resolution in regard to change the date of convening the 13th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of STALEXPORT SA from 8th June 2006 to 30th June 2006.

Information on the place, time of its commencement and the agenda, as well as the contents of the resolution drafts, which the Management Board intends to present at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be disclosed in time envisaged by law.
