The Management Board of STALEXPORT SA informs that the Supervisory Board of the Company, according to its competence defined in the Company`s Charter, decided to charge the company KPMG Polska Audyt Sp. z o.o. with examining the financial reports of the Company and the consolidated reports of the Capital Group of STALEXPORT for the year 2007.
The company KPMG Polska Audyt Sp. z o.o. is located in Warsaw, at 51 Chlodna Street and it is registered in a list of the entities authorised to examine the financial reports under number 458.
The company KPMG Polska Audyt Sp. z o.o. examined the financial reports of STALEXPORT SA and the consolidated financial reports of the Capital Group in the years 1994-2001.
