In connection with Mr Emil Wąsacz, President of the Management Board having been held by the police today, the Company informs, that its current activity is held without any disruption; the Company possesses the complete statutory representation and is executing its corporative strategy.
The Company emphasies as well, that due to communicate presented by the Public Prosecuotor`s Office the accusations are totally unrelated to the activity of Mr E. Wąsacz as President of the Management Board of Stalexport SA.
