Company's prospectus approved (shares of F series)

The Management Board of STALEXPORT S.A. informs that basing on the statement of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority dated 28.11.2006 (available on the website www.knf.gov.pl) it got the information that the Polish Financial Supervision Authority approved the prospectus of shares of F series in connection with applying for admittance of shares of F series to public trading on regulated market (offeror: Brokerage of BRE Bank S.A.).

The approved prospectus concerns the shares subscribed by the Bank Syndicate and Autostrade S.p.A. within the target capital.
