Cooperation with VINCI CONCESSIONS

Stalexport begins cooperation with one of the world leaders in motorway projects ? VINCI Concessions
On September 1st 2004 Stalexport signed a letter of intent with VINCI Concessions S.A., conserning strategic partnership in development & management of future motorway projects. Cooperation will focus especially on the following concession projects:

• Motorway A1 excluding stretch Gdańsk-Toruń,
• Eastern part of Motorway A2 from Stryków to Polands? eastern boarder,
• Motorway A4 excluding the Carcow-Katowice and Katowice-Wroclaw stretches.

The scope of cooperation will include supporting development of motorway projects, promotion of modern financial facilities for financing motorway projects, exchange of information on changes in the legal, financial and institutional environment and above all mutual involvement in construction and operation of motorways.
