Court?s decision regarding the equity increase

The Management Board of inform that on 21.08.2003 received the Decision of the District Court in Katowice, of 06.08.2003 regarding the changes of information in National Judicial Register ( KRS) concerning the company?s equity. (Files no KA.VIII NS-REJ.KRS/6698/3/138). The decision resulted in: 1. increase in the company?s equity from 25 667 652 zlotys to 215 524 046 zlotys, i.e., by the amount of 189 856 394 zlotys. 2. increasing the number of shares - by the shares of new issue of ?E? series in the amount of 94 928 197 shares (shares of ?E? series are not priority one). The same the number of shares of all issues has increased from 12 833 826 to 107 762 023 shares. The equity increase resulted from the conversion of receivables to shares - within the concluded arrangement with the company?s creditors. The estimated structure of shareholders possessing more than 5% shares in the Company?s equity is as follows:
