The Management Board of Stalexport S.A. informs that on 8.01.2007 the Company received an original agreement on credit limit, Stalexport S.A. signed the above agreement with the Bank DnB NORD Polska S.A. with seat in Warsaw on 03.01.2007.
Purpose of the Credit limit: the limit can be used to pay liabilities by virtue of purchase of raw materials for production of the prefabricated reinforcement .
- The amount of Credit limit: 15 m zloty
- Period of the credit: till 31.12.2007
- Interest: WIBOR 1M + bank margin
- Collaterals: pledge on inventories, maximum mortgage on real estate in Warsaw, cession of receivables. An agreement on cession of rights from policy of insurance of real estates and inventories. The criterion of recognising the agreement as the significant one is the value of the agreement subject which exceeds 10 % of the equity capital of the issuer.
