Dates of publication of the financial reports

The Management Board of STALEXPORT S.A. declares that the quarterly financial reports for 2005 will be made up on the basis of § 58 passage 1 of the Ordinance of the Council of Ministers dated 16.10.2001, as the expanded reports. They will comprise shortened quarterly financial reports, together with the information determined in § 61 passage 1 - 3, and in § 5 of the Ordinance of the Council of Ministers on the current and periodical information published by the securities issuers.
The Management Board of the Company informs that the reports will be published as follows:

• individual report for IVth quarter 2004 ? on 14th February 2005
• consolidated report for IVth quarter 2004 ? on 25th February 2005

The expanded consolidated quarterly reports in 2005:

• Ist quarter 2005 ? on 16th May 2005
• IInd quarter 2005 ? on 16th August 2005
• IIIrd quarter 2005 ? on 15th November 2005
• IVth quarter 2005 ? on 28th February 2006
• Individual semi-annual report 2005 ? on 30th September 2005
• Consolidated semi-annual report 2005 ? on 28th October 2005

The dates of publishing the annual reports will be announced in a separate current report according to the provisions of the Ordinance of the Council of Ministers.
