Dates of publishing financial reports

The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. declares that the quarterly and semi-annual financial reports for 2008 will be made up on the basis art. 56 section 1 point 2 of the Act on public offer ? current and periodical information, as the expanded reports. They will comprise shortened quarterly and semi annual financial reports, together with the information determined in § 87 and in § 98 of the Decree of Finance Minister on the current and periodical information published by the securities issuers.
The Management Board of the Company informs that the reports will be published as follows:

• Expanded consolidated report for IVth quarter 2007 - on 28th February 2008 ( report no 9/2007)
• The expanded consolidated quarterly reports in 2008:
  • Ist quarter 2008 - on 15th May 2008
  • IInd quarter 2008 - on 14th August 2008
  • IIIrd quarter 2008 - on 14th November 2008
  • IVth quarter 2008 - on 28th February 2009

The expanded consolidated semi-annual report 2008 ? on 29th September 2008.The dates of publishing the annual reports will be disclosed in a separate current report according to the provisions of the Decree of the Finance Minister dated 19.10.2005 § 98 point 14.
