Decision of the Court

The Management Board of Stalexport S.A. informs that on 17.05.2007 in Provincial Court in Katowice the trial was held in case of the motion of Stalexport S.A. regarding the registering of an increase in stock capital of the Company.

The Provincial Court in Katowice decided to suspend the legal proceedings regarding the registration of an increase in stock capital of Stalexport S.A. till the District Court in Katowice passes a judgment in force concerning the claim of NFOSiGW against Stalexport S.A. to cancel or reverse the resolutions no 2 and 3 f the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of Stalexport S.A. dated 14.02.2007.

The District Court in Katowice assigned 31.05.2007 as the day for trial in case of claim of NFOSiGW against Stalexport S.A. to cancel or reverse the resolutions no 2 and 3 f the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of Stalexport S.A. dated 14.02.2007.
