The Management Board of Stalexport S.A. informs that on 31.05.2007 in District Court in Katowice the trial was held in case of claim of NFOSiGW against Stalexport S.A. to cancel or reverse the resolutions no 2 and 3 f the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of Stalexport S.A. dated 14.02.2007.
The District Court at the motion of NFOSiGW, to which Stalexport S.A. consented, decided to defer the trial to 06.06.2007 (to 10:00 a.m.).
The proxy of NFOSiGW justified the motion to defer the trial as follows:
The parties have been holding the negotiation aimed at reaching the agreement n the case and negotiating at withdrawing the claim.
