Decrease of share

The Management Board of STALEXPORT SA informs that today, ie. on 12th March 2004 it has received a notification from Bank Przemysłowo-Handlowy PBK SA that as on 10th March 2004, the Bank possessed 5 240 000 shares of STALEXPORT SA, constituting 4.86% of the company?s stock capital and entitling it to the same number of votes at the Company?s General Meeting of Shareholders.
As on 15th January 2004 ? in accordance with current report No. 4/2004 ? concerning the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, the Bank possessed 9 823 635 shares of the company, what constituted 9.12% of the stock capital and entitled to the same number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders.
