Election of the auditor

The Management Board of STALEXPORT SA informs that the Company?s Supervisory Board, according to its competence determined in the Company?s Statutes decided on 26th April of the current year to entrust the company BDO Polska Sp. z o.o. with the examination of the financial reports of the Company and the consolidated financial reports of the STALEXPORT Capital Group for the year 2004.
The Company BDO Polska Sp. z o.o. has its seat in Warsaw at 12, Postępu Street and is recorded on the list of entities entitled to examine financial reports under No. 523.
The Company BDO Polska Sp. z o.o. carried out the review of the individual financial reports of STALEXPORT SA and the consolidated financial reports of the capital Group for the financial year 2002 and 2003.
