The Management Board of Stalexport S.A. informs that on 8.05.2007 the Company received a decision of the District Court in Katowice, dated 30.04.2007, about establish a register pledge on cash means on the bank account, amounting to 200,999,100 zloty, for the benefit of the company Autostrade S.p.A. in Rome as Pledgee.
The Company Autostrade S.p.A. holds 21,65 % shares of Stalexport S.A.
