Fulfilling the conditions of the agreement

In reference to the current report No. 89/2003 of 27th November 2003 in regard to selling the company Ferrostal Łabędy Sp.z o.o. ? the Company informs that as a result of fulfilling all conditions (?suspending conditions?) the Agreement to sell shares was effected (item 1 of the report No. 89/2003), ie. the company Złomrex Sp. z o.o. obtained the consent of the Consumers? and Competition Protection Office (UOKiK) to purchase the shares and the partner did not make use of the preemptive right to acquire the shares of the Company.
