The Management Board of Stalexport S.A. informs that on 29.06.2007 the Company received from the bank PKO BP S.A. Branch Office ? Domu Maklerskiego PKO BP in Warsaw ? the notification that in connection with an increase in stock capital of STALEXPORT S.A. the shares of PKO BP S.A. in stock capital and the total number of votes at the general meeting of the Company was changed.
At present PKO BP S.A. holds 8,559,364 shares of STALEXPORT S.A., which constitutes 3,46% shares in stock capital and in the total number of votes at GSM of Stalexport S.A.
Before the registration of the increase in stock capital of Stalexport S.A., the share of PKO BP S.A. in stock capital of the Company amounted to 5,43 %.
