The Management Board of STALEXPORT S.A. informs that on 6.12.2004 passed the resolution in regard to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of STALEXPORT S.A. for 20.01.2005.
Information about the place and time of commencing it, as well as the agenda and the contents of the resolution drafts, which the Management Board intends to present at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be published according to the law.
