The shareholding structure of Stalexport Autostrada Śląska S.A. after carrying out the changes will be as follows:
Strabag AG is an entity with big experience in the construction of motorways in Europe. Winning such a partner is important due to the participation of Stalexport Autostrada Dolnośląska S.A. in the ongoing tender for assigning the concession for the construction of the A-4 motorway on the Katowice-Wrocław section - by adapting it to the requirements of a toll motorway and its operation on this section.
