NFOSiGW sells the shares of Stalexport S.A.

The Management Board of Stalexport S.A. informs that on 02.07.2007 the Company received the following notification from NFOSiGW, that:
referring to the decision of the District Court in Katowice dated 25.06.2007 in regard to an increase in the Company?s capital and the disposal by NFOSiGW of 1,793,916 shares of Stalexport S.A. at WSE, the share of NFOSiGW in stock capital of Stalexport S.A. has been changed, i.e.:
in a result of the above at present NFOSiGW holds 12,283,614 shares of Stalexport S.A. which constitutes 4,97 % of stock capital of the Company and gives right to 12,283,614 shares at GSM, which constitutes 4,97% of total number of votes at GSM of Stalexport S.A.
Before the disposal transaction of shares of Stalexport S.A.(before registering the capital increase) NFOSiGW held 14,077,530 shares of the Company which constituted 8,92% of stock capital of Stalexport S.A. and gave right to 14,077,530 votes at GSM, which constituted 8,92 % of total number of votes at GSM of Stalexport S.A.
