The Management Board of Stalexport S.A. informs that the company Stalexport S.A. concluded with Beskidzki Dom Maklerski an agreement on acting of Beskidzki Dom Maklerski as an ?animator? of the issuer (WSE report dated 20.12.2006). This agreement becomes valid on 01.01.2007.
Simultaneously the Company informs that 31.12.2006 will be the last day of acting of Dom Maklerski Banku Handlowego S.A. as the animator - for the issuer - Stalexport S.A. (WSE report dated 20.12.2006)
