OGSM - a claim of shareholder

The Management Board of STALEXPORT S.A. makes public that on 16.08.2006 the Company received from the Company Concordia Sp. z o.o. from Warsaw, an information about filing, on 11.08.2006 to the District Court in Katowice, a petition for stating the invalidity and reversal of resolutions nos 20 and 21 of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Stalexport S.A. passed on 21.07.2006 along with a motion of measures for conservation of a claim.
