Payment of the price for steel business ( ZCP)

Referring to the report no 88 dated 02.10.2007 referring to the disposal of the Organised Division of Enterprise (ZCP) and the report no 89 dated 10.10.2007 in regard to the payment of the price for ZCP, the Management Board of the Company informs that on 08.01.2008 the Company entered the amount of 101,168,357.64 zloty by virtue of the payment of a part of the price for ZCP (100,000,000 zloty) and the interests on the amount deposited on the escrow account.
