Protest to A2 motorway Konin-Stryków

Referring to the current report no 22 dated 2.04.2008 the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. informs that on 14.04.2008 the Company received from the company Stalexport Autostrada Dolnoslaska S.A. (in 100% dependent on Stalexport Autostrady S.A.) an information that other consortia participating in proceedings to grant the public procurement for projecting and execution of the adapting the A2 motorway Konin-Stryków to the standards of toll motorway and to toll collecting, lodged a protest according to the law they entitled to (with art 180 PZP) against the decision of General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (Generalna Dyrekcja Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad, for choosing the bid submitted by the Consortium of the three companies, including Stalexport Autostrada Dolnoslaska S.A., as the most favourable one.
