Proxy sells the shares of the company

According to the art. 160 section 1 of the Act on trading, the company Stalexport S.A. informs, that on 15.02.2007 it received a notification about selling of 2,000 shares of Stalexport at 4.88 zloty per one share, on 12.02.2007 at WSE in Warsaw, by the Company`s proxy.
