Proxy sold the shares of the Company

According to Art. 160 section 1 of the Act on public trading, the Company Stalexport S.A. informs that on 19.04.2007 received a notification from the person who is the proxy in the Company, that at WSE, on 18.04.2007 this person sold 5,750 shares of Stalexport S.A. at the price of 7,16 zloty per one share.
