Proxy

The Management Board of STALEXPORT SA informs that it has granted the proxy to Barbara Boś  Director of the Distribution Network.
As a result of the above decisions, the following persons are currently the authorised clerks in the Company:

2. Marek Bury
3. Barbara Boś
4. Urszula Dzierżoń ( proxy till 31.07.2005, as from 01.08.2005, the member of the Management Board).

Barbara Boś, 49 years old - the Director of the Distribution Network, an authorized clerk (since 25.07.2005), is a graduate of the Silesian Polytechnic in Gliwice, Faculty of Sanitary Engineering.
Course of the professional career:

• 1978 - COLES South Bend - USA, Assistant of design Engineer,
• 1979 - 1990 - BPBO Miastoprojekt Katowice - Senior assistant of Design Engineer,
• 1990 - 2002 - Huta Cedler S.A. Sosnowiec, Specialist of Documentation, Development and Technical Progress; Head of Import and Supply Department; Marketing Manager; Commercial Director- Member of the Board, .
• 2002 - 2005 - Deputy of Sales Director of Domestic Market in Ispat Polska Stal S.A., Director of Flat Products Sales Office in Mittal Steel Poland S.A.;.A.
• from May 2005 - Stalexport S.A. Director of Distribution Network.
• Activity beyond Stalexport S.A. does not concern.

She does not participate in a competitive company in relation to STALEXPORT SA as a partner of a civil company, private company or as a member of the body of the capital company or another competitive legal entity as a member of its body.
She is not entered into the Register of Bad Debtors conducted on the basis of the act on the Domestic Court Register (KRS).
