Purchase of real estate

The Management Board of Stalexport S.A., informs that on 14.09.2006 the Company signed an agreement on purchase of the right of perpetual usufruct of land and the property of the building with the company Belgian Polish Investment Sp. z o.o.? with seat in Wrocław, for the net amount of 5.7 m zloty.
The a/m agreement concerns the real estate located in Warsaw, Ursus district, at 3 Gierdziejewskiego Street, with total area of 14,481 sq. m. along with production hall with surface of 7,290 sq. m.
The agreement amount was paid.
The criterion of recognising the agreement as the significant one is the value of the agreement subject which exceeds 10 % of the equity capital of the issuer.
