Raport no 12 - completion of the agreement with the creditors

Referring to the current report no34 dated 28.05.2004 informing about the conclusion of the agreement with the creditors and the report no 39 dated 27.06.2002 about the approval by Court of the arrangement proceedings, the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. informs that on 17.04.2009 the Company received the decision of the Regional Court in Katowice, the X Economic Department, which at the proceedings in camera on 08.04.2009 acknowledged the arrangement concluded by Stalexport Autostrady S.A. as completed.
