Referring to the reports no 94 dated 27.12.2007 and no 92 dated 03.12.2007 in regard to the Expert?s Report i.e. the company Ernst & Young, the Management Board of the Company informs that acting on the basis of the Agreement dated 22.11.2007, it applied to the Company Deloitte Audyt Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw for drawing up the Report of the Supplementary Expert.
