Real estates purchased from subsidiary

The Management Board of STALEXPORT SA informs that on 10.09.2003 the following real estates with buildings were bought from our subsidiary i.e. STALEXPORT WIELKOPOLSKA Sp. z o.o. in Komorniki.
a) in Piła of total area of 8.249 m2 for the amount of 584.305,- zlotys,
b) in Gostyń of total area of 5.286 m2 for the amount of 637.995,- zlotys,
c) in Gnieźno of total area of 34.501 m2 for the amount of 1.005.371,- zlotys,
by partial settlement of STALEXPORT S.A. receivables in virtue of trade accounts amounting, as on 31.07.2003 , to 13.621 thousand zlotys total.
The purchase is aimed at arranging wholesale stores of steel products in these places, i.e. in Piła, Gniezno and Gostyń, on behalf and on our own account, meaning that the stores will be a part of the organizational structure of STALEXPORT SA in Katowice.
