On 22.08.2003 the Management Board of STALEXPORT SA was informed that on 13.08.2003 the bank PKO BP SA sold 210.121 shares of STALEXPORT SA .Before this transaction the Bank PKO BP SA had: 1.441.968 shares/ vote of ?A? series 6.680.547 shares/ votes of ?E? series what constituted 7,54 % of the company?s equity. At present the bank owns: 1.231.847 shares / votes of ?A? series 6.680.547 shares / votes of ?E? series what constitutes 7,34 % of the company?s equity.
