Report No. 1 - Dates of publishing periodic reports in 2015

The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. implementing the duties resulting from § 103 section 1 of the Decree of the Finance Minister dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by the securities issuers and conditions of regarding as equivalent the information required by law of the country which is not the member state (Journal of Law of 2009 No. 33, item with amendments), discloses the dates of publishing periodic reports in 2015:

1. Separate and consolidated statements FY2014 will be published on 6 March 2015;

2. The consolidated quarterly reports will be published as follows:

• report for 1Q2015 on 8 May 2015,
• report for 3Q2015 on 6 November 2015;

3. Consolidated statement for 1H2015 will be published on 3 August 2015.
